Maria's place was wonderful. Good location and very cozy! Maria was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to the check in time due to our early flight which was amazing.

The space was so cute and just like the pictures. This was my mom’s first experience staying at an Airbnb and my first time having someone traveling with me. It was also my first stay in several years since developing health issues that effect mobility. There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit, but there is a landing halfway to stop if you need to rest a minute. If someone in your party has difficulty with stairs, I would recommend reaching out to get a better idea so that you can decide if it will work for them though. I booked because it looked like such a cute space, but it exceeded my expectations and ended up being the perfect layout for us! It was a little smaller than I expected, but that ended up being a pro as it was easy to get around and it still felt spacious! The mattresses were super comfortable. My mom said she slept better than she has in a while. Maria was a wonderful host. She was kind, accommodating and communication was easy! We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Maria’s place. The home was cozy yet spacious. The washer / dryer were a huge benefit, and the coffee machine in the morning was an added bonus. Maria was super responsive when the heat didn’t work and she immediately sent someone that got it fixed. Overall, I would definitely recommend her place, especially for a longer term stay (we stayed for 5 nights). Thank you, Maria!

My husband and I had a wonderful one-month stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The balcony was a great bonus — perfect for relaxing. Maria was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and respectful of our space. The location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Maria is an excellent host! She is very accommodating and even went above and beyond so my family could stay there this weekend. This is our second time staying with Maria at this Airbnb and it is always so quaint and cozy. I love the balcony and it’s close to everything you wanna do. The couch is comfy and the beds are nice and clean. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

The location of this Airbnb was excellent in terms of places nearby to walk my dog that were beautiful! The Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, Gillham Park, Jacob Loose Park & the World War I Memorial. The complex & apartment was super secure with gated parking and has a serene community courtyard & pool. The other folks in the complex were very friendly. The Wi-Fi was excellent for working remote. The apartment has a lovely private deck, the kitchen is well equipped and the place has lots of closet space. It is a perfect rental for two couples because there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. I was just by myself but it could fit more. I love the proximity to a ton of great restaurants & shopping in Westport as well as the Plaza. The apartment was cool in the summer because was it was shaded in the afternoon. I loved everything about this serene & cute place that I stayed in for four months and would happily rent again the next time in KC. Thank You Maria!!

It was a really nice stay during a conference I was in town for. Very conveniently close to the site, so much so that I was able to just walk 10 minutes through the gorgeous neighborhood surrounding the place.

We stayed for over two months and loved the space and the area! super walkable, close to lots of restaurants and fun streets and central for driving places too! The place was stocked with all the things necessary for a longer stay which was great! The hosts were responsive when things came up and it was a very quiet lovely stay. The gated parking was an added plus too- highly recommend this place!

By far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in around the KC area. I stayed here for a month and had no issues at all. It was extremely quiet and cozy place. I really liked I could park my car in a gated area. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Maria!!
